These tips have helped me feel better. I think they’ll be useful for you or for someone you love.
1. Maintain the healthy weight:
Avoid weight gain whether you are at a healthy weight or overweight. If you’re overweight or underweight, talk to your healthcare provider about safely losing weight/gaining weight after you recover from treatment.
2. Deep breathe:
Some comfort comes from simple deep breathing. It will help you navigate the noise. Breathe and listen. Besides your deep breath has the power to reduce stress.
3. Eat healthily:
The most health benefits are combined with a diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, and fish, and low in refined grains, red meat, desserts, dairy products. So far, studies have shown that taking fibre, herbs, and other nutritional additives can help cancer survivors live longer. Before taking any additive, discuss it with your health care provider.
4. Do exercise:
Exercise is generally safe and can improve many aspects of health including muscle strength, harmony, weakness, and depression. Talk to your healthcare provider about which exercise would work best for you.
5. Proper sleep:
A proper night sleep especially between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., will help you heal. Not only will you be able to respond to treatments better, but restful sleep activates your body’s own developmental abilities. You don’t have to stick to perfect sleep hygiene, you just need to create the conditions for more sleep on a logical basis.
